Membership billing begins on your enrollment date. First month is prorated if enrolled mid-billing cycle. This membership requires a 12-month minimum commitment (twelve consecutive monthly drafts of $125.00). After the initial 12-month term, membership auto-renews month-to-month at the same rate. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice submitted via email prior to your next scheduled draft date. Cancellations before the 12-month term is complete are subject to a $250.00 Early Termination Fee charged to the card on file. If cumulative member discounts received exceed total fees paid at time of cancellation, Aura reserves the right to charge the difference at retail pricing. Upon cancellation, virtual wallet funds remain available for 90 days at standard pricing; any unspent balance is forfeited after 90 days. Member pricing applies to eligible services only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. Ask your provider for complete details.
