Booking & Arrival
Booking: We recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time.
After booking: Consent forms are sent out that must be filled out prior to arrival for your appointment.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time for check-in.
Cancellations: We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Aesthetic Consultation Fee: $100 (Applied to treatment the same day).
Initial Medical Consultation: $200 (Applied to consultation time).
Payment: Rendered before the time of service.
No Show: $75 fee applied.
Refunds: All services and products are non-refundable.
Memberships: Cancellation penalty applied if cancelled before 1 year.
